Mr. Cox joins BBOXX during a period of significant expansion in Africa and Asia. BBOXX is making a big impact in the developing world through its solar home systems and mini-grids, leapfrogging traditional electricity grid infrastructures in the in favour of smarter off-grid energy solutions.
With over 30 years’ experience in corporate law, as a Partner at City of London and a US law firm (Norton Rose, Sinclair Roche & Temperley, and McGuire Woods), Mr. Cox worked latterly as General Counsel for ThomasLloyd Group, a global investment and advisory firm.
Mr. Cox brings decades of international and frontier market experience, having worked at the helm of private equity deals, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and international transactions across newly emerging markets in Eastern Europe, Russia, Asia, Turkey, the Middle East and the Caribbean.
