Press release: Appointment of Mr. Piyush Mathur as Chief Business Officer

Odyssey Energy Solutions, Inc. (“Odyssey”) is pleased to announce that Piyush Mathur has joined the team as Chief Business Officer.  As a member of the Executive Team, Piyush will lead business development and strategic initiatives at Odyssey.

Piyush combines over 20 years of executive and investment experience in Finance and Cleantech.  As the CEO of Simpa Networks, Piyush led the growth and financing of the business establishing Simpa as the largest distributed energy company in India.  Earlier as a VC investor with Kleinwort Benson/ Frontiers Capital based out of London and M&A Advisor with KPMG and Deloitte, Piyush led over 50 investment and M&A transactions across 5 continents.  Piyush also holds non-executive positions in VC firms, industry bodies and multilateral financial institutions. Piyush is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has received MBA from London Business School.
