Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team at Solar Depot, a leading solar energy solutions provider in Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
• ⁠Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales deals
• ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
• ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication
• ⁠Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• ⁠Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and event planning
• ⁠Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.

Requirements:

• ⁠HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• ⁠At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry
• ⁠Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets
• ⁠Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ⁠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
• Google Suite
