Job description:

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Strategic Planning:* Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives
  2. *Process Management:* Design, implement, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  3. *Team Management:* Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  4. *Resource Allocation:* Manage and allocate resources (e.g., personnel, equipment, budget) to meet operational demands.
  5. *Quality Control:* Ensure quality standards are met through regular monitoring and improvement initiatives.
  6. *Risk Management:* Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks to minimize impact on the organization.
  7. *Communication:* Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., customers, suppliers, employees) to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  8. *Budgeting and Cost Control:* Manage operational budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  9. *Performance Metrics:* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. *Continuous Improvement:* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and process enhancements.

*Requirements:*

  1. *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Strategic leadership or a related field.
  2. *Experience:* 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
  3. *Skills:*
      • Strong leadership and management skills
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      • Analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software4.
  4. *Certifications:* Optional certifications include Certified Operations Professional (COP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
