👤 Who We’re Looking For:

A dynamic and analytical chartered accountant (CA(SA)) with 4–5 years of senior finance experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. You’re not just great with numbers — you’re a business partner, a team leader, and a strategic thinker ready to drive our financial future.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Finance Team
• Own the budgeting, financial forecasting, reporting, and performance analytics.
• Drive financial controls, capital structure, and treasury operations
• Lead audit, tax, and regulatory compliance
• Oversee systems: ERP, reporting, inventory, and telecoms
• Play a key role in strategic projects, international expansion, and investment evaluation
• Provide leadership in new ventures like battery recycling

✅ Requirements:

• CA(SA) qualification required
• At least 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and strategic financial management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability
