Salary: ₦90,000/month + 1% Commission
Location: Lagos & Abuja (Onsite + Field Work)
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, following up with customers, closing sales, and promoting the company’s solar and inverter products. The role requires excellent communication, product understanding, and strong follow-up skills to convert enquiries to paying clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Lead Generation & Sales
- Actively reach out to new and existing customers.
- Follow up on leads from social media, website, WhatsApp, referrals, and adverts.
- Conduct product presentations to customers.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication.
- Explain system sizes, pricing, and the installation process to customers.
- Visit clients for physical assessments if required.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Send daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, and closed deals.
- Track customer interactions and update CRM.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in sales (solar sales is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical information simply
- Good follow-up habit
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of solar/inverter systems (training provided)
- Must be active on WhatsApp, Facebook & calls

Monday–Friday
9:00 am – 5:00 pm
