Energy Systems Sales Professional

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the commercial and industrial energy market. They will have a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, identify their specific needs, and present tailored solutions that drive value. With a keen eye for identifying real opportunities and a knack for closing deals, this individual will play a crucial role in fueling our growth and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of solar power and battery energy storage systems, identifying and developing new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new countries and industries where our technology can be applied.
  • Partner Development: Establish and maintain a strong network of partners, including EPCs and developers.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately forecast sales performance, develop sales strategies, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Promotional Materials: Manage the creation of promotional tools and materials to support sales efforts.

 

Required

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-6 years of sales experience in the energy or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (verbal, written, and numerical).
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and work remotely as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of success in energy sales, particularly in commercial & industrial segments.
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and building relationships.
  • Experience in renewables, commercial & industrial battery energy storage systems, or minigrids.
  • Established network in energy equipment markets (commercial & industrial BESS, generators, mining, healthcare electrification, e-mobility).
  • Sales experience in rural and peri-urban areas (B2B & B2C).
  • Market research experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Understanding of the off-grid energy institutional market.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.

Additional Information
