Position objective:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive Husk’s Product. This role requires a versatile individual with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in cross-functional product and marketing roles, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to identify key insights and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation Ultimately owning fine-tuning of product-market fit
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Create and maintain buyer personas from customer segmentation to guide marketing efforts.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product/campaign/feature launches.
- Act as customer voice for digital product and app features, translating customer insights and business requirements into clear feature briefs and prioritization inputs for product teams.
- Drive end-to-end delivery and adoption of app features in partnership with Product, Tech, and Design, including launch readiness, in-app communication, and performance tracking against defined business metrics.
- Create high-quality marketing content, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and white papers.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including, social media, and digital advertising.
- Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to the sales team
- Define and track clear success metrics across product, digital, and marketing initiatives to evaluate impact on adoption, revenue, retention, and customer experience.
- Own management reporting and insights, translating data into clear narratives and recommendations for senior leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, A/B testing with a focus on driving business results. Experience in the energy sector is an added advantage.
- Experience and Knowledge of developing and managing a digital products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Creative thinker, with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines with minimum intervention.
- Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Willingness to travel as per requirement.
- Enthusiasm in strategic contribution and collaboration on other related marketing initiatives within the company to drive overall business growth and success.
