Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Channel Sales Manager from the consumer durables and appliances industry to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing trade channels, driving retail sales, and building long-term partnerships within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage channel sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Handle relationships with distributors, dealers, and retail partners
- Strengthen presence across modern trade and traditional retail networks
- Identify and expand new business opportunities within the market
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activities
- Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in the consumer durables and electronic appliances industry
- Strong exposure to trade channels, including modern trade and retail networks
- Proven track record in channel management and sales growth
- Well-established relationships within the trade ecosystem in Nairobi
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Currently based in Nairobi, Kenya

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Team management experience is an added advantage
